Virgin Walnut oil comes from walnuts harvested from select farms. First, the nuts are lightly roasted, bringing out their full flavour and then cold-pressed according to family tradition. Why not take advantage of this smooth oil in cakes and confectionery, while it’s flavoursome in sweets it makes a great dressing for vegetables and salads.
